Return and Refunds
Other than masks, all items can be returned within 14 days after receiving. Please email email@example.com to request a refund or exchange. We offer free shipping to you but you must pay for shipping item back. Item must be unused, no wear, and with original tags and in original poly bag to be accepted for return. Any item that is on sale can only be returned for exchange or store credit. Sales items cannot be refunded.
For our security, we have the right to flag any customers for making returns too frequently.
We do not accept returns on masks as risk of infection after use is very dangerous. Masks are the one item that we offer that has direct contact with your mouth and nose and so the risk of infection is much too dangerous. So in accordance with safety and hygienic recommendations no-one should be sending used masks through the mail system or anywhere where others will be handling them. All other items are returnable.
For the most part masks can still serve their function even if they are bit big or small. The most important thing is to have a barrier in front of your nose and mouth. All orders are shipped same day if received by 3pm EST on weekdays and by 10:00am EST on Saturday. We ship orders 6 days a week. You will be emailed or texted a confirmation with a tracking number as soon as we ship your order.
We are offering free shipping through USPS First Class Mail. Normally, expect delivery of your order within 1-5 business depending on your distance from New York City. USPS will provide you with a estimated delivery time and price before you place your order.
If you need quicker delivery we are also offering UPS Ground and UPS 2nd Day Air service. Each service will provide you with a delivery time and price before you place your order.Shipping Information

Shipping time will vary depending on where you live. Our most recent records show that shipping time will normally be 1 to 5 business days to the contiguous US and around 3 to 9 business days to non-contiguous US once the order is shipped from our warehouse.
